[ale] AIT [Sony] tape drive that won't spit out the tape ?

I've used www.xsnet.com for hardware support for the SGIs for two plus
years now with no problems. Something breaks on the SGIs and I call and
get a replacement part. I put it in a call and get it within two days
max, but usually the next day. They support Sun, IBM, and SGI and the
prices are reasonable. Certainly less than replacing or repairing the
hardware! Hope this helps,
Dow
PS. I've had lots of problems with Sony DDS2 drives but good luck with
DDS3. XS Int. is located in Alpharetta, GA.
