I made it.  I have some notes, but they're horribly incomplete.  I also 
spoke and gave essentially the same talk that I had sent to the list.  
The result that was told to the attendees was that the wording of the 
legislation would be worked on over the summer and that technology 
experts would be consulted in the wording of the bill.
