[ale] Mozilla - Tabs tangent question

Since we're on the subject of mozilla tabs, does anyone know of a way to 
make _new_ tabs open up my start page?  I'd like for mozilla to open my 
start page up (which is a summary/bookmarks/weather/traffic/etc. page) 
when I open a new tab.

Is this possible?
