He published a whole book on it. He was a Republican publicist
who now claims that when he refused to write some trash about Hillory
Clinton (something about contrary to facts and unethical publication)
that his "handlers" turned on him and cut him out of their circle.
He claims, in his book, to have first hand knowlege of the setup
in Arkansaw and the payoffs to Trip and Jones and the troopers and the
whole crew as well as who orchestrated it. I caught him on cross-fire
facing one of the names he named in the book. Their rejoinder seemed
to boil down to refrains of "it a lie, it's a lie, you know it's a lie"
and little more. It's a "he said / she said" kinda thing but he WAS
a first hand participant in whatever was going on behind the scenes.
I'll see if I can find his name for you. If he was lying, he certainly
should be facing a whole PILE of defamation suits by now.

Got his message way before I got yours...
