I don't believe BellSouth is regulated by the PSC are they?
On another note, my mother-in-law (retired, living alone) has had her
phone go out about 15 times in the last year. Went out again yesterday.
When I called it into BellSouth, I asked them if they had a record of
the outages. Just like it was a question they get asked a lot, the
woman told me she could not provide me that information without a court
order or subpoena.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
