I believe you would need to check out the gatos project 
(http://gatos.sourceforge.net/)

But, I'm currently subscribed to the gatos email list and I believe that 
I saw a post indicating that this particular chipset was still in the 
works.  Don't take my word for it, check out the site and archives.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
