[ale] Bank sites (Was: More on Dell support)

Some of these bank sites scare me.  I don't care who you are.  If you
run IE and my connectyion goes through that, I'm scared.  Please hire
people who know what they are doing and do it right!  This email
directed to Bank Of America.
