Is this with the new lilo? My suggestion for the solution to this would
be to download the source for whatever version of LILO that you're using
and compile it yourself, enabling the option LARGE_EDBA in the Makefile.

It means the EBDA is too big ;-) The EBDA is the Extended BIOS Data Area
which stores some data structures used by the BIOS. The above fix isn't
necessarily going to work, but I'd give it a go.
