[ale] Network load balancing

I have two circuits to a client and was wondering if there was a way to use
linux to perform a method of load balancing between two circuits? I have
seperate routes built for seperate apps but I know I am not maximizing the
available bandwidth. I am thinking a single box with 3 NICs but is there a
way to make the machine smart enough to pass traffic down the path being
least used at a particular moment?
