[ale] cdrdao read/write???

  I used to use dd exclusively until I had some CD's rip in correctly.  I
was later told it was because of multi-session or something.  I hadn't
ripped any in a long time and have forgotten the original arguement, but
that's why I was giving a look at cdrdao.
