[ale] Capture "devices" ?

I think there are some capture devices that are Firewire based. that you
can hook RCA into.  

I purchased a PCI card once and felt that it was useless due to the
crappy nature of the captures.  I had to capture small to get high frame
rates.  Then it look really bad on TV when I converted to VCD.

This device you are looking at, I believe is the USB Dazzle at $69.  I
would look on ebay first and get a used one.
