I think that at this point, we should investigate all possible avenues for
hosting ALE. Please do go ahead and check into this. And I also ask that if
anybody else has a lead that they go ahead and track it down. I'm volunteering
to take point on this one as one of the folks on ale-admin. So feel free to
check out a new site and get the contact info to me so that I can see about
arrangements. Things that are important are:
1) Seating space for 50-70 folks w/ Air Conditioning
2) Parking space for the above number of folks
3) Available first thursday of every month from 7:30-approx 9pm
The above is critical and if the location can't support that then its not
really an option. The following are bonuses that would be nice if possible but
aren't deal-killers for the relocation.
1) Audio/Visual capable room with possible access to the equipment
2) Internet connecitivity of some sort (even if its just dialup modem)
Thanks for everybody on the list being so willing to help out on this.
