[ale] Future Meeting space

The reason we left Ga Tech is that they couldn't/wouldn't allocate us space
that was large enough to host our meeting. They have dramatically increased
their student body size and classes were runnig quite late as well as
student organizations that were competing with us for space. We are just low
on the priority list since we aren't a real GT organization.
If it makes folks happy, I'll be more than happy to investigate us going back
to Tech but I don't believe that its going to be feasible.
