[ale] dslreports

Look on www.cdw.com for a hawkingtech DSL modem. It's a generic DSL
modem/router (doesn't include a hub or a switch) that can handle just
about everything and runs about a $100. The only downside is that it's in
general a bit of a pain to configure--the only configuration tool is a
little clunky and runs through the serial port; the command line
interface is not as intuitive as it could be. Other than that, though, it
is incredibly flexible especially for the price.
