"named.run" is the debugging output file.  You've got debugging turned
on, apparently at a fairly high debug level.  Check the script that
runs named for a -d <debuglevel> argument being passed to named, and
remove it.  You can turn this off without stopping and starting named
with a 'ndc notrace' or by sending SIGUSR2 to named.
