Disabling auth service (was RE: [ale] sun rpc services)

you may want to set up your packet-filter firewall with ipchains coming
with stock RH6.2  or get a 2.4* kernel then use iptables.

this way, not only you have minimum ports/services opened by design, but
also access to accidently opened ports will be disallowed by your firewall.
