[ale] AccelX and XFree86-DGA?

A friend of mine is currently running Accelerated X (with latest patches)
and it is looking for XFree86-DGA.  He's still new to linux so I offered
to help try and dig up any info.  

Anyone have any ideas on why it might be looking for this, or where 
I might find it?  When he gets in I'm going to try and find out what
software he's running (forgot to include that in the email).
