Role Summary/Purpose
This role involves ensuring successful customer outcomes by managing the IT systems that support our client's services and solutions.  Candidate must be willing to work in a fast paced and dynamically changing environment. Ideal candidates will participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline IT operations and information security.
Primary Responsibilities

  *   Responsible for defining and maintaining security policies and processes
  *   Identify security issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans
  *   Manage information security systems and computer network defenses
  *   Oversee annual security audits (e.g., penetration testing, vulnerability testing)
  *   Researching IT Security Incidents, reporting root cause, and mitigating controls
  *   Prepare and maintain network and security roadmaps
  *   Manage and maintain network services to deliver continuous service availability and secured communications
  *   Plan, prepare, and manage assigned IT projects
  *   Actively support REACH infrastructure components to deliver continuous systems and application availability.
  *   Provide technical leadership, guidance and expertise to enhance customer and product outcomes
  *   Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve IT capabilities
  *   Utilize internal ERP, CMDB, support, and management tools as required
  *   Gain expert level understanding of REACH software solutions
  *   Perform daily, weekly, monthly system administration activities


Qualifications/Requirements

  *   Ability to translate business requirements to technical needs
  *   Ability to provide after hours and week-end support as required
  *   Information security process and operational experience (CISSP desirable)
  *   Wireless Networking (AP setup / diagnosis / security / troubleshooting)
  *   Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  *   Experience configuring VPN and client connectivity
  *   PACS and  DICOM connectivity experience desired
  *   Accountable, Process Oriented, and Dedicated
Experience

  *   Bachelor degree in computer related field or equivalent work experience
  *   10+ years prior technology implementation experience
  *   Experience working in a healthcare setting or with a healthcare vendor
  *   Understanding of HIPAA / HITECH regulations as they pertain to information security
  *   Prior experience in tele-presence /video conferencing systems desired
  *   Prior hands on experience working in a Linux / Java environment and Cisco Networking
  *   Prior hands on experience working with web services and Service Oriented Architectures
