*Job Description: *
US IT supports and develops internal systems and applications for use by 
PWC staff in all areas of the Firm.

Data Center Services provides maintenance and support of production 
environment and operations of data center, shared lab and recovery 
facilities including; support, maintenance, capacity management, data 
storage refreshment and recovery infrastructure services to meet needs 
of the operating data center.

*Position/Program Requirements: *
Knowledge Preferred:

1 Year demonstrated knowledge of Data Center Facilities Systems. Must 
have strong IT background with working knowledge of IP Networking, cable 
infrastructure, switches, routers and firewalls.

BICSI or RCDD Certification is preferred

Description:

Has hands-on knowledge and demonstrated experience 
installing/configuring/operating one or more of the following technologies:

* High Availability HVAC systems
* High Availability Power systems including, Generators, UPS systems, 
PDU units and supported cabling.
* Structured Cabling systems including, Category 5/6 wiring as well as 
single mode/multimode Fiber Optics
Data Center Space planning and Capacity Management
* Sun server systems
* Hewlett Packard server systems
* Cisco Networking equipment.
* Fire/Life safety systems

Minimum Years of Experience Necessary:

****Facilities staff must be able to lift 75lbs for racking servers and 
network equipment***** On call rotation support required. Ability to 
work overtime, nights, weekends and after hours coverage for scheduling 
changes and responding to issues within the environment. Will be 
required to carry a cell phone and a pager
