US IT supports and develops internal systems and applications
for use by PWC staff in all areas of the Firm.<br>
<br>
Data Center Services provides maintenance and support of
production environment and operations of data center, shared lab
and recovery facilities including; support, maintenance,
capacity management, data storage refreshment and recovery
infrastructure services to meet needs of the operating data
center.<br>
<br>
<b>Position/Program Requirements: </b><br>
Knowledge Preferred:<br>
<br>
1 Year demonstrated knowledge of Data Center Facilities Systems.
Must have strong IT background with working knowledge of IP
Networking, cable infrastructure, switches, routers and
firewalls. <br>
<br>
BICSI or RCDD Certification is preferred<br>
<br>

Description:<br>

Has hands-on knowledge and demonstrated experience
installing/configuring/operating one or more of the following
technologies:<br>
<br>
* High Availability HVAC systems<br>
* High Availability Power systems including, Generators, UPS
systems, PDU units and supported cabling. <br>
* Structured Cabling systems including, Category 5/6 wiring as
well as single mode/multimode Fiber Optics<br>
Data Center Space planning and Capacity Management<br>
* Sun server systems<br>
* Hewlett Packard server systems<br>
* Cisco Networking equipment. <br>
* Fire/Life safety systems<br>
<br>
Minimum Years of Experience Necessary:<br>

Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:<br>

****Facilities staff must be able to lift 75lbs for racking
servers and network equipment***** On call rotation support
required. Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends and after
hours coverage for scheduling changes and responding to issues
within the environment. Will be required to carry a cell phone
