As one of our Technical Support Engineers, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Teknas’ customers.  These customers range in size from 500 – 5,000 employees and are using Teknas’ cloud-based security solution.  You will serve as a technical resource helping customers troubleshoot advanced network and application issues.  Technical aptitude is critical in identifying solutions, troubleshooting issues, and answering questions as they arise.
