The System Administrator will manage Linux and Windows environments on an
enterprise cloud platform. They must be able to manage multiple customer
environments from installation to production in a complex environment,
interfacing directly with the client. They must be able to research,
implement and document enterprise installations for all aspects of the
process including the OS, Database, Application and infrastructure. This is
an opportunity to work on cutting edge technology, delivering quality
solutions while enhancing their career. 

-Highly motivated, self managed, technically capable individual
-Must possess strong OS administration experience with Linux and Windows
-Experience with Linux tasks such as setting up printers, patching, NFS
mounts, FTP, SAMBA, including monitoring and scripting.

-Experience supporting an application running on Linux from installation to
production support, including security, monitoring, and
troubleshooting/debugging

-Experience with Oracle database management a plus
-Ability to learn quickly and efficiently with online training material and
research
-Must possess troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose system
problems and escalate where needed
-Must possess the ability to prioritize tasks in order of importance; work
independently and as a team member; and establish and maintain effective
working relationships with customers and co-workers
-Experience working in a 24 X 7 environment
-Must have strong customer service and communication skills
-Excellent organization and teamwork skills
-Experience with basic network design and basic troubleshooting methods
(ping, nslookup, traceroute, telnet, ssh etc.)
-Understanding of enterprise networking environments a plus
