Experis, a leading IT Services company, has an immediate need for a Linux Administrator. A successful candidate will be a Linux specialist, having good experience managing critical servers, storage and related applications. You should have strong experience in working with RedHat Linux server environments attached to enterprise class storage. Solid exposure to VMware ESXi and vCenter is highly important. This person will be doing installation, setup, and configuration of the Linux test systems which support our Storefront and Comet applications.

Required Skills:

◦Minimum 5 years experience with management, administration, and implementation of enterprise level server environments in RedHat Enterprise Linux (REHL) and VMware ESXi.


◦Strong knowledge in scripting languages (Bash, Perl, PHP, Python, etc.), experience with LDAP and DNS and knowledge of network configurations is highly desirable

◦Java and Middleware (Weblogic or Websphere) is a must.

◦Team player willing to provide input but also take direction from current Linux admin

◦Ability to identify areas/systems that can be automated
