Hi,
I'm an IT Recruiter based in Atlanta.  I'm conducting a search for a Senior Linux Admin and wanted to see if I could post the description with ALE.  Here is the job description:



The LINUX Systems Administrator will ensure the deployment, high availability, performance, and scalability of the Linux infrastructure in a 24/7x 365 online environment. This position involves the installation, upgrade, optimization of hardware, software, and services across a variety of platforms and technologies.  The ideal candidate will have experience managing Linux systems and maintaining large enterprise server farms.



Basic Qualifications

5+ years of Linux Administration experience, preferably Red Hat (using CentOS)

Strong scripting skills; bash (preferred), perl and/or python (okay)



Desired Qualifications

virtualization (vmware is a plus; xen, KVM)

automated tools (puppet, chef, cfengine)

data center admin experience

Ops and Engineering experience (infrastructure and software support/deployments)

VoIP/SIP

Bachelors Degree - no preference on university

Certifications - nice to have, but experience trumps
