                 - Handle customer escalations, delegating as required to
the appropriate internal departments
                 - Accurate resolution and problem tracking for customer
reported issues
                 - Reproduce and file defects for issues found on the
product platform
  Required Experience/Skills:
                 - 3-5 years in a customer facing role
                 - Strong desire to provide customer satisfaction
                 - Strong written and verbal communication skills
                 - Practical understanding of networking and
infrastructure skills
                 - Practical understanding of open source system
administration: Linux, FreeBSD
                 - Practical understanding of internet infrastructure:
HTTP, SMTP, DNS, LDAP and FTP
                 - Practical understanding of TCP/IP, including packet
captures and general diagnostics

 Top escalated problems:
                 - Debugging HTTP Protocol Traces
                 - Debugging Packet Captures - Analyzing application
behavior (streaming video, flash interaction,
authentication)
                 - Debugging LDAP Authentication - Connectivity, LDAP
Search Filters, etc...
                 - GRE Tunnel configuration/debugging

 Desired Experience:
                 - Various routing and switching architectures
                 - Shell Scripting/Programming Experience
                 - SQL experience
                 - Experience with FreeBSD and Linux
