Robert Half Technology is currently looking for a Linux Administrator to join our client in Roswell on a Contract to Full Time basis! The Linux Administrator will be the sole on site support for the Atlanta datacenter but will join a small team currently supporting the New York Datacenter.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
A strong candidate for the Linux Administrator position will possess the following:
 
Experience in a 30+ physical server environment utilizing Ubuntu/Red Hat (or similar) and Windows Server 2003. Experience providing network and system administration in a multiplatform environment is essential. Experience with Oracle server and database replication would be a plus. Light SLA/HLA and Inventory management on a day-to-day basis would be required of candidate. Candidate is expected to be a senior level sole Network and System administrator on site, so minimal training will be provided.
 
The client uses OpenBSD for their Firewall/Routing infrastructure so 5+ years experience with iptables in a Unix/Linux environment is needed. A complicated Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is utilized and candidate must have experience working in the environment (Experience with CA, WoT or SPKI is an applicable substitution)
