Below is the detailed job opportunity.  We are looking for a *Sr. Linux
Engineer* in *Charlotte, NC.*  The project is a long term opportunity of

*Work experience (Required):*

6+ years hands on experience with RHEL Linux and related technologies,
preferably in an engineering (vs. system administration) capacity, including
design of RHEL Linux infrastructure and integration into new and existing
virtual and physical systems.
8+ years experience with x86 hardware design, trouble shooting, server
tuning, optimization, and capacity planning
6+ years of functional Engineering group experience, preferably in the
financial services sector

Working knowledge (Nice to Have): *

Chassis/blade technology (HP)
Server virtualization (VMware)
Scripting skills (Power Shell, PERL, etc)
Server clustering technologies
SAN/NAS (preferably Hitachi and NetApp)
Systems management technologies (e.g. Tivoli Framework/related products)
LAN/WAN technologies and network protocols (e.g. routers, switches, TCP/IP)
Database technologies (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server)
*  We are looking for candidate with Engineering background rahter than that
as administrators.
