About this Job
As a member of the Site Operations team, you will be our on-site support for
network and Linux servers in a large scale data center environment. This
position is based in Atlanta.
 
Responsibilities

*	Install, troubleshoot, replace hardware, network and Linux OS
servers
*	Track and escalate trouble tickets to resolution
*	Provide onsite support for device troubleshooting to include power
cycles/reboots, cable testing/replacement
*	Update and audit server and equipment inventory
*	Receive and ship equipment
*	Perform written and verbal turnover of open issues/upcoming
maintenance at the end of each shift.
*	Respond to and update tickets in accordance with team procedures
*	Understand the facility support systems (power, HVAC, fire
detection/suppression, security); respond to alarms in accordance with
department procedures

Requirements

*	Minimum of 2 years experience working with Linux and hardware
systems support in an internet operations environment
*	Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*	Motivated, with demonstrated ability of self-direction
*	Able to lift/move 20-30 lbs equipment on a daily basis
