Coraid seeks applicants who, once hired, will work in Athens, GA,
successfully delivering the following results.

  * Contribute in a team environment to the creation, improvement,
    and maintenance of software, using previously and newly acquired
    skills

  * Select and evaluate new hardware for Coraid products

  * Engage in Coraid's technical culture, accepting mentoring in order
    to produce results consistent with Coraid's needs

  * Share knowledge and techniques with peers at Coraid

    - presentations will quickly inform peers of new areas of expertise

    - QA staff will be instructed about how new software is used

    - new developers will be guided and encouraged during their
      acclimatization

    - Coraid support staff will be provided with high-level knowledge
      and expertise, to help them solve customer problems

  * Use information provided by peers

    - gain insight into customer experiences through communicating
      with Coraid support

    - respond to information from Coraid QA about product
      functionality and customer needs

    - accept decisions and directives from managers

    - dialog with development peers to overcome obstacles and to
      refine designs
