It took me longer than it should have, but I found the problem. You
marked not only your site and host as private, but also the URLs.
Unfortunately the private checkbox for URLs means something different.
The idea was to use it for inter-mirror-syncing URLs. This was never
used and during the migration of MirrorManager 1 to MirrorManager 2 it
was ported but not labeled correctly. Unfortunately there is also no way
to remove the private flag of URL's once it is set. I directly edited in
the database and now your mirror is listed correctly.

This is already tracked upstream in the oldest unsolved issue:

Looks like I should finally fix it.
