Ahh. But not what files are in the directories? So mirrormanager
won't really know I have a less-than complete mirror?

Oh. So that "Last crawled" is the last time mirrormanager came and
crawled my mirror? Not, the last time I ran report_mirror and reported
my mirror to mirror manager?
So, how long after submitting a report_mirror should I expect
https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=fedora-25&arch=x86_64
to show just my mirror when queried from the IP address I registered
for my private mirror?
Cheers,
b.

The always_up2date flag in MM may be used in this case. You need an admin
to set it for you.
