[mirror-admin] Changes in Content location

Hi All,

We are currently redefiining alternate arches in Fedora.  eventually we well 
remove the fedora-secondary rsync module and add a fedora-alternate one, 
though it is still in planning. the big immediate change is that we plan to 
move i686 to fedora-secondary, there is currently 13 mirrors containg the 
secondary arch content and 142 containing /pub/fedora  i686 is about 20% of 
the downloads,  So we really need to get some more mirrors mirroring the 
secondary arch content.


I would like to engage with mirrors to make mirroring the content as 
efficiently as possible
