There is a planned outage today for Fedora Infrastructure. Normally
the effect on the download servers is 5 minutes per box as it reboots.
Today we are needing to take the boxes down longer so there will be a
total of 30-45 minutes where the upstream dl.fedoraproject.org will be
down for rsync and http.

I apologize for the short notice. I will email the list when the work is done.

 Reason for outage:

 We will be updating and rebooting various servers. Services may be up
