I sure thought I did, but I must not have.  I guess I should have gotten
more sleep.  I'll commit and push in a bit.

I've opened https://pagure.io/quick-fedora-mirror/issue/3 to track
this.  Everyone is free to comment.  (You only need a Fedora account,
which I guess most people mirroring Fedora would already have.)
