[mirror-admin] Mirror is constantly being marked as disabled

Hello,

Recently I've started to see that one of my mirror host 
(mirror.datacenter.by) is inactive with the reason "Host has been 
disabled (user_active) after 4 consecutive crawl failures".

I can see crawler requests in my web server log file. However crawler 
log file with link provided on the mirroradmin page is empty and I have 
no glue how to eliminate issues the crawler detects.

Can someone tell me what is wrong with my mirror host?
