[mirror-admin] Removing hosts from rsync access on download servers

Currently the following hosts are listed in the rsyncd.conf files as
having access to enchilada0 and similar prerelease bits. They do not
resolve to DNS so I am going to be removing them from the files:

Host sunsite.mff.cuni.cz not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
Host sunsite.ms.mff.cuni.cz not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
Host ftp.cz.kernel.org not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
Host mail.fedoraunity.org not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
Host zeus1.kernel.org not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
Host zeus3.kernel.org not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
Host zeus4.kernel.org not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

The sunsite.mff.cuni.cz is listed as a tier1 mirror and will be removed from
