[mirror-admin] EPEL Mirror not Active

Has the EPEL mirror worked at some point in time or has it never worked
correctly? Yesterday was an outage which could be related to what you
are seeing and until the next run of the crawler your mirror will be
marked as invalid.

What would also help if you could provide a rsync URL for the crawler as
this makes the crawling much faster and effective on our side.
