[mirror-admin] IMPORTANT: Internet2 master mirrors to be retired 2015-03-31

Greetings. 

As some of you may be aware, the download-i2.fedoraproject.org master
mirrors have been bandwith constrained for quite some time now. The
link they are on to Internet2 is insufficent to allow for faster
Internet2 mirrors to sync. 

After investigating our options, the best way forward seems to be to
just retire the Internet2 master mirrors and have everyone use the
Internet1 master mirrors ( dl.fedoraproject.org ) as we have a good
deal of bandwith available there. 

We would like to disable this link at the end of this month: 2015-03-31

Please adjust your mirroring scripts to point to the
dl.fedoraproject.org mirrors. If you need acls added, please let us
know.
