[mirror-admin] Fedora 18 and 19 removed from main tree

Ok I have removed 18 and 19 from /pub/fedora after confirming they were all
copied over to /pub/archive

Currently our disk usage for releases is with hard links

-bash-4.1$ du -sc ./*

And without
-bash-4.1$ du -slc ./*
15426824        ./atomic
68      ./core
517747144       ./development

342115780       ./updates
1552127416      total

So 1.02 TB hardlinked and 1.44 TB unhardlinked (the next gen floppy)

If people would just stop developing and make updates we could use a lot
less disk space [that is meant as a joke, seriously.]
