[mirror-admin] Public Mirror host request

Hi,

I trust all is well.

My name is Frankie Onuonga.

I am from Nairobi, Kenya.
After realization that there is only one fedora mirror in Africa that  i
can pull my updates from, I decided I needed a closer link to pull my
updates from.

I am therefore writing to request to host a mirror for fedora in the
region.

I am hoping it will encourage more users to jump to our platform.
