[mirror-admin] fedora.c3sl doesn't appear as mirror

I'm looking.  I think it has to do with the MM 1.4 upgrade over the weekend, and the use of the new rsync method for the crawler (instead of just http or ftp).  Seems I left a bug in there somewhere...
