[mirror-admin] Fedora 15 and 16 have started to be archived

I have hardlinked the various Fedora 15 and 16 trees from
/pub/fedora/linux/releases and /pub/fedora/linux/updates to
/pub/archive/fedora/linux/releases and /pub/archive/fedora/linux/updates.
Next week I will be deleting the trees from /pub/fedora/linux/releases to
free up space for the next set of releases.

Next week Fedora 17 will be End of Lifed and I will start the process with
it soon after.
