[mirror-admin] rsync targets for Fedora content please

Hello,
Yesterday, I set up a rsync server and added the rsync url's in the mirror manager config. However, I do not see the url's show up on the public mirror list.
Did I mess something up? :)
Ah, I'm running fedora.is
