[mirror-admin] Fedora 20 permissions problem on Tier1 mirrors?

Hi,

Any Tier 1 or other mirror that has Fedora 20 in sync that I can use?
(my mirror is alviss.et.tudelft.nl / 130.161.45.252)

I'm having problems accessing the pre-bitflip content for Fedora 20
from several Tier 1 mirrors.  It seems there is something wrong with
the permission bits: I can sync the whole tree, but I only get the
*directories* and not the files (except for a couple of them).

Now this would seem to indicate "mirror is not synced", but the strange
thing is that I could see it sync with the master: I watched the rsync
temporary files come and go over the whole tree.  But as soon as the
files are transfered they "disappear".  Probably because od the final
permission bits.

Anybody else experiencing these problems?
