[mirror-admin] download-ib01 (as download-i2) has not updated since Nov 16

Yes, but download-i2 was re-pointed to download-ib01 (which doesn't
have IPv6 connectivity) which should continue to provide services in
the interim.  It was doing so up until November 16 as can be seen
above from the timestamp on fullfilelist.

I believe the temporary download-ib01 server is now having issues.
