[mirror-admin] Mirror preference by BGP ASN problem?

I noticed that my mirror was no longer preferred for my network.  It is
still in the list for everything I carry, just never at pref=100.  I've
got my BGP ASN in mirrormanager, but that doesn't appear to be working.
Is there a problem maybe with the BGP feed to mirrormanager?

I've added my netblocks now, so I'll see if that kicks in.  IIRC I took
them out because there may have been some odd interaction between the
ASN and netblock list (when they gave the same info), but I could just
be misremembering that.
