[mirror-admin] rsync timeouts from rh-mirror.redhat.com

Hi there,

Our regular rsync of rh-mirror.redhat.com is hitting timeouts after a
small number of files are transferred:

enterprise/4AS/en/os/Debuginfo/s390x/RPMS/
enterprise/4AS/en/os/Debuginfo/s390x/RPMS/PyQt-debuginfo-3.13-2.el4.s390x.rpm
io timeout after 5040 seconds -- exiting
rsync error: timeout in data send/receive (code 30) at io.c(237)
[receiver=3.0.4]

These only seem to occur when syncing the "updates" module from
rh-mirror.redhat.com. We do a seperate, less frequent rsync for the
main tree where no such errors occur.

I've tested from other machines with different OSes and rsync versions,
both inside and outside our network, with the same result.
