[mirror-admin] Mirror Churn

Hi all,

Just a quick heads up that there will be alot fo churn in rawhide
starting tonight. along with that in preperation for fedora 17 alpha.
im going to start signing the rawhide rpms. Alpha right now[1] is still
6 weeks away with branching f17 from rawhide on Feb 7.

Just wanted to give all the mirrors a heads up.
