Sorry about that.

The sync of data over to archives was done last year before Fedora 16
came out. [Actually the data for 13 has been there since before
Fedora 15 came out]. We do that so that anyone syncing archives can
pick it up way before a drop occurs. The data should have also been
hardlinked from /fedora/linux/ to /archives/fedora/linux to keep disk
space down.. but I will double check when 15 gets archived.

I will also make sure that I notify mirror-list before I do this.
