[mirror-admin] download-i2.fedoraproject.org and ipv6

Greetings.

I discovered an issue today with a mirror site and our download-i2
setup that I thought I would share with this list in case anyone else
is hitting it.

We added ipv6 to the download-i2 machines a while back. This ipv6
download/sync is available to anyone, but is a smaller connection than
the main I2 pipe.

Our rsync acls usually use dns names or ipv4 addresses.

So, if you are syncing against download-i2.fedoraproject.org and have
active ipv6 on your machine, you may be going against the ipv6 pipe and
your ipv4 acls may not match.

if this happens to be the case, you can just run rsync with -4 to stick
to ipv4, or if for some reason you wish to sync via ipv6, let us know
your ipv6 address or dns name to add to acls.

Hopefully that makes sense and this hasn't hit too many folks.
